You acknowledge that Made with Wonder uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to provide the Service.

Though Made with Wonder takes great care to process and transmit the Service in the most secure manner possible, you acknowledge that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your User Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Since our service is a work in progress we may not always be able to meet your expectations.

The Service is a work in progress. You understand that (a) the Service is in development and may contain errors, design flaws or other problems, (b) the Service may not function fully or adequately and (c) it is expected and anticipated that further testing, modification and development is necessary.

Made with Wonder reserves the right to modify or terminate any or all portions of the Service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Made with Wonder shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination. Should you object to any modifications to the Service or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

When you enter into dialogue with us, we assume our dialogue is not confidential.

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the Service (“Submissions”), provided by you to Made with Wonder are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Made with Wonder. Made with Wonder shall own all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in Submissions, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

We'd like you to be a good citizen on our service, and we expect others to play nice with you.

Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

Made with Wonder asks that you respect Users of the Service and the public. You agree not to:

• Post off-topic or disruptive messages.
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Impersonate or represent Made with Wonder, our staff or other industry professionals.
• Solicit a member's password or other account information.
• Use racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive language.
• Discuss or incite illegal activity.
• Use explicit/obscene language or solicit/post sexually explicit images (actual or simulated).
• Post anything that exploits children or minors or that depicts cruelty
• Post any copyrighted or trademarked materials without the express permission from the owner.
• Disseminate any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, 'junk mail', 'spam', 'chain letters', 'pyramid schemes', or any other form of such solicitation.
• Post any content that is mature or adult in nature.

Made with Wonder reserves the right to (a) terminate or suspend your access to the Service, and (b) delete or remove any reports or move any reports from "public" to "private" status; with or without cause and with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, or for any action that Made with Wonder determines is inappropriate or disruptive to the Service, services or to any other user of the Service and/or services.

Made with Wonder may report to law enforcement authorities any actions that may be illegal, and any reports it receives of such conduct. When legally required or at Made with Wonder's discretion, Made with Wonder will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity.

You understand that your interactions with other users of the Service are solely between you and such other user. Made with Wonder shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such interactions and/or dealings.

We may change these terms and if that happens we will inform you to our best ability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. If we modify these Terms, we will indicate that we have done so on the Service. Use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any modified Terms.

If you're not happy with our service, it's easy to leave.

You may at any time terminate this Agreement by logging into the Service, navigating to the "Account” dropdown and selecting "Delete my account". Made with Wonder does not accept email or phone requests to delete your account.

Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve you of any payment obligations that may have arisen prior to termination, or any other obligations pursuant to any other agreement that has not been specifically terminated.

Upon any termination of this Agreement your Account shall be cancelled and your access to the Service shall be deactivated and all User Content that has not been shared publicly shall be removed from the Service within a reasonable time period of the effective data of termination.

Made with Wonder reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.

Our service is our property and our means to make a living.

The Service is the proprietary property of Made with Wonder, its users or its licensors with all rights reserved. Made with Wonder grants you a limited, revocable license to use the Service and all content contained therein in accordance with these Terms. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to Made with Wonder's intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise.

The Service is protected to the maximum extent permitted by copyright laws and international treaties. You may not decompile or disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any aspect of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Made with Wonder, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the Service, the User Content you provide, or any violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of any third party.

The failure of Made with Wonder to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Made with Wonder. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. Made with Wonder assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user communications or User Content.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. MADE WITH WONDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• MADE WITH WONDER MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING (a) THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD PARTY SERVICES, (b) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, OR (b) THE DELETION, FAILURE TO STORE, MIS-DELIVERY, OR UNTIMELY DELIVERY OF ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR USER CONTENT. MADE WITH WONDER DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL MEET ANY OF YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MADE WITH WONDER BE LIABLE TO YOU ON ACCOUNT OF (a) YOUR USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, OR (b) YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). You and Made with Wonder agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the country of Belgium, Europe.
